How to Talk to Your Children About Sexuality?

i teach a class for atest women around calle the art of desire. And th one of the main ideas is what i talk about, is that it's a way of keeping women on threatening is to divide them from their bodies and their sexuality. That we need to be at peace in our own skin if we're going to be able to make the world a better place. What would you suggest to parents when raising cades, how to discuss and present with them sexuality,. whether they religious or not?
