Phil Dobby: We've got too many people on the planet, too many urban agglomerations. He says cities rely upon being able to harvest energy cheaply and easily from the cities then develop it further. So I've got a feeling our cities are going to decline compared to the rural areas in the future. But we do use less energy if we're all in cities.
