If you're happy with dilution and somebody getting kind of real shares in your company, then that's a very, very good scheme. The way you do it kind of is a lot of psychology in this. Some people will be happy to wait until an exit, you know, because they understand the likely value. But if you decide the equity is the way to go, then the EMI scheme is a really, really good one.
