The Cost of Physical Therapy
There's a lot of people that are getting duplicative tests because you can't find the other test. It's just crazy to have rules and quotas and maxima that have real financial impact on the patient or the lab or the provider. The interesting thing about this is that if you are a physical therapist that is providing care in a patient's home under Part B, you get paid the same amount of money as a physical therapist than if you were seeing that patient in a facility. They're just art. Because there's no premium being paid for.
