The Effects of Medicine on Health
There are only three randomized control trials. The Rand experiment, the Oregon Health Insurance experiment and the Karnataka experiment in India. Some people find something but they might be trying really hard to do that. Most of the studies I've just seen without an extra grind seem to find no effect. But yes, there are people who find effects out there and it's harder to judge.
