As a general canada home price index, it's just not even close. There are amazing benefits to investing in real estate, get me wrong. But i think you have some cheer leaders out there that I find sometimes they'll kind of just talk about the good and leave out the other stuff. Yet, there are so many benefits to each asset class, not just real stay aside.
