How to Meditate in Balance

Find a really comfortable seated position and I encourage you to look away from the screen, have yourself off the screen so that you don't have to worry what you look like when you meditate. When there's good balance in the body, the muscles relax. It's only when the body is really out of balance that the muscles engage to keep us upright or to keep us in a position. And what we're going to do is just find that position that feels balanced where you're not leaning forward or backwards but your head feels in nicely balanced upon your shoulders.
