How to Have Regular Want Weeks

Alex Steiger has what he calls D load weeks want weeks and off weeks throughout his year. A want week is where I literally don't do anything I don't want to do. It doesn't matter on those weeks. So there is no should allowed. Some of my best training weeks in the past year have been one weeks.
