How Jazz Thinks of Psychedelics as an IP Strategy
With psychedelics in bounce out of bounce line for us is are you doing NCEs? Are you making novel molecules? If that's the case that's a pretty easy IP strategy to underwrite. With something like repurposing or trying to develop something that would ultimately not be patentable and that's where we would have to bring in external counsel to really dive deep. It's really company dependent so we've pulled in external counsel for a number of companies that we've invested in to do an IP review.
