Is Black Majority Neighborhoods Equal to White Neighborhoods?

The value of homes in black major neighborhoods are six % less than the value of homes n in white neighborhoods. In chicago, for example, in a south side neighborhood oo bronsville, south of the downtown business district,. those same houses five miles north would be over a million dollars. They are valued less because they are in black majority neighborhoods. And so this is how the economics works tog as a foundation for the the popular notions of how these things underline what we think of in terms of working class families and rich or middle class white people.
