I'm interested to find out whether is that standard for the industry, or non standard. And would you say that's common in your sport, that people ar climbing, not climbing, are training such high volume? Because i know, when i talked to tana murcle, for example, he was ing much lower volume. I think a lot of more people do train maybe two or three times a week a it would probably be a question of preference. Are just like i like tho train, and i like to feel like i'm working. It is is the most popular method. But i do know some people train the same way.
