I, for an Eye, Tooth for a Teeth

The blood and passion of LeMec, that desire to self-elivate by literally cutting somebody else down even to death, Jesus says no. One of the best examples of this is in 1 Samuel chapter 24,. David has been on the run from King Saul. King Saul wants David dead. And so David does sneak up and he cuts off a little piece of Saul's robe. Then when Saul leaves, David goes out there and then he even feels bad about cutting off a piece of Saul’s robe. Is that what Jesus is saying here?
