There's a lot of interesting questions around how MUV would look like the modular stack. I think it's most likely that roll ups would want to capture their own MUV and not leak the MUV to Celestia. But there could also be some MUV on the actual data layer itself if you constructed the roll up so that it has like a decentralized set of sequencers. They can use any bridging that they want. It's automatically kind of built into the system.
