The Dad With the Daughter - I Hate It
I worry about the dad with his daughter, he's my biggest worry. If I've done my due diligence and I know it's going to come on the market at the right price point, I'm not still within that price back. My strategy there is I'm trying to lock him out. On Saturday, the bitter that I was up against was two young first-time owners. Every bit after 600, they looked at mum and dad. It was that body language because it was mum and dad who were making the decisions over 600. We didn't even have to let them before they walked in. And I remember the pre-octioned drink I was having with the couple.
