A lot of people, Nuli, have emailed you their reactions to your column. Some were really beautiful. There was a hospice physician who helped his wife die when she was diagnosed with a terminal disease. Other people pointed out ways in which the laws had failed their loved ones. And so I feel more aware now of the ways in which this law works for people and the ways that it doesn't.
