Arbitrum - What's the Difference Between Sequencer and Ethereum?

The Sequencer collects from users, then the batch, the transactions are best and posted to Ethereum layer one. The fees are a function of an Oracle that it receives from layer one, but what the cost on layer one of posting the transactions are at a specific moment in time. Right now, we're about 70 people at off-chain labs working on this. We recently joined forces with Prismatic Labs, which is the team at those prison, the staking client for ETH.
