Immediately afterwards, theories were posted on social medio by how this might have happened - with some suggesting a ghost writer may have been used. The best ghost writers essentially engage in a hermeneutic at theire, interpreting the work of that celebrity chef or restaurant chef. You could be anything from recipe tester to writer, editor, terapist.
