I just don't like that sort of process very much. A bunch of people who are really your peers are set up in judgment against individuals. The other thing was overall, people have got no privacy whatsoever. They have to tell everything to the stake president or the member of the stake presidency that they ask. It felt weird. I mean, retrospect, it feels evil to me.
