People were taking actions on assumptions that they had made that they had never tested. The first thing it opened up was, look, there's all these opportunities for testing. And we got some very rich internal dialogues about when they asked this question what their intention was. It could be like they were controlling, they were withholding information. That was about status, all kinds of things that if you just look at the text, it just wasn't there.
