Lottie Composition Factory
Lottie uses serialized skia path data instead of XML. It's not actually much faster, but certainly it's smaller. Lottie can cache a stateless parse representation of the animation with a LRU kind of a cache built that is configurable and built in. Most of the 2,500 animations from real apps are under 50k max.
