The Advantages of Private Equity for Small Business Owners
I think the odds of me making it another 20 years in PE were very low. So I think the odds are better in small business. The private equity background gave me a toolkit to really build like KPI dashboards so that I'm really able to objectively assess the business and see how it's going. And for me, like that has been a huge advantage where the that kind of like vague anxiety, I can sort of define as "how many weeks of backlog do we have?"
