The Seven Subtypes of Childhood Arthritis

If you have multiple arthritis without a clear other source, it doesn't matter what your rheumatoid factor is yet. There's seven different subtypes that we try to categorize our patients in. Even one joint could be significant for that one for that child. So if you don't know what it is, it's either JIA or you haven't thought enough about the other things.
