It was a great asset, but this is one we were probably going to fully exit rather than roll over. A strategic exit could be much more lucrative than a private equity exit. Autodesk was already a partner of Inovise. We felt like the combination of their price, speed, and then familiarity with Inovise that they were going to deliver.
