I Was Nervous About Making My Character Show His Flaws

I was nervous about putting the audience off by making my character show his flaws. And so I can rush through it. Also, I've been working on this dang sequence for so long. But their reflected view of it made it clear to me that what I need to do is expand this never ending scene even more. We just find because it's going to be more in proportion now. Just have to make sure the pacing is going.
