They were known for just blowing through stop signs and riding slowly down the middle of the road. The Nazis first banned Jewish people from owning renting or borrowing bikes during World War II. Even to the point where Pete argues, one of the biggest forms of ordinary everyday resistance to the Nazi occupiers was the cyclists themselves.
