What's the Value of a Snatch?

The amount of force that you put in to barbell in a snatch changes four or five times. And it also doubles like so upon receiving it, you know, it's 150 kilos snatch and when he's receiving it, they measure the force of being almost 190 kilos. When he stands up, it goes back to being 150 kilos. That's why it's such a crazy sport. There's so much coordination and there's timing of you getting underneath the weightYou're dropping down extremely quickly. You're also absorbing a lot of force. The idea of having a number first is really helpful to somebody who wants to enjoy the gym.
