Is This a Generational Buying Opportunity in San Francisco?
I wonder if cap rates are going back up and everything, is this a generational buying opportunity in San Francisco or San Francisco dead on the commercial real estate leasing front? If there's been, right, this is a question of cyclical versus structural. But like the survivorship biases, we won't know all the people that got it wrong, depending on which way it goes. I'm going to say the other, the optimal choice is if you can get that real estate and utilize it to buy it as an investment.
