Is There a Lack of Platform or Policy Initiative in the Republican Party?

charles, i do think there is a lack of imagination in the republican party. I think it is more comfortable blocking than it is working on policy. It's certainly not true that at the state level republicans don't have any ideas or a platform or a set of policies. What does this look like for a messagn coming from the republican party moving forward? And is this something that could happen within our lifetime, if it is possible?
