The Chinese are still dumping cheap products. Even after the passage of law, the two years moratorium were granted to the solar panel industry. So we can ignore the human beings knowing that those solar panels is made with the slave labor during the fall. The one issue that Congress immediately should address is to get rid of the minimis limit $800 under does not go through the taxation process.
