The Challenge of Data Governance
There were no controls over the database, so everyone had access to information. It's an issue of data governance. In order to get it under control, I'd like to say we wanted to rely on the kindness of strangers. But because there was no data governance, people could just go in at any given time and pull the information that they need. So it's an ongoing challenge.
