Win Baxter's Lambs

Win Baxter won the Whitechapel coroner's seat in 1888. He had a group of loud, burly friends with anger problems who followed him around. They caused so much trouble on election night that it was called off. Two years later, the district was split and new coroner Roderick McDonald came to power. Both men started collecting fees for the Whitechopel dead.
