What Are You Shaking Your Head?

i know for a fact that you had developed a piece of fabric that was breathable, fireproof and seemingly impenetrable. And for the life of me, i don't know why our navy seals and all our men and women in uniform aren't wrapped in this stuff from stem to stern. Well, the smartans are, a few of them are. But the commercialization of technologies in a sector that is so heavy, like the industrial military side, et cetera, there are a lot of american businesses that like things the way they are because that's their gravy train.
