Not My Will, but Thine Be Done

Jesus christ showed what true strength of will is to say no to one self. When i offer my will, i am participating in the work of christ himself. So his sacrifice brings into itself mine. I can offer him nothing that i haven't already been given. He didn't have to make us capable of doing that. But he gave us that power, didn't he?
