Choice Architecture - I Loved It
Choice architecture is just a fancy phrase for the environment in which people make ad so if you think about going to a restaurant, the chef or somebody has decided what things will be for sale. So we're all choice architects. You ask the questions, and you've thought about what questions you want to ask and order. People listening the show they're getting was altered by your decision as to choice. Nobody goes into a restaurant and thinks that what they ordered was influenced by the order in which the items on the menu appear. But they were. And to a first approximation, everything matters.
