Intermittent Fasting
Im a big fan of intermittent fasting, and i know that there's data out there that might show that that's not great for an endurance athlete. I try to intermittent fast two to three times a week, versus every single day, like i used to. And when i do break my fast, it's usually right so i usually run in the mornings,. So i'll usually fast for a couple of hours after that run, just to finish my fast. Um. Ye, it fluctuates so much.
