The Biden Administration and the Chinese Communist Party on the DED Program

Right now, Hong Kongers get this protection call, the Deferred Enforced Departure. But it doesn't mean anything because we don't have illegal status to really stay here. So that's why we have been pressuring the Biden administration to actually upgrade that EED into a TPS or even upgraded to priority to refugee status. I think after despite the loot, we have seen a general backsliding from the Biden administration in the way it deals with the Chinese government.
