Is There Progress in Leadership?

There is an implicit assumption in leader that bigger is better. It's not always true, that more is better than fewer. Ho for us at least, it was all about making it easier for someone who attends mat to invite friend and to check things out. In a digital world, that is not how someone a it plores the church. They are going to go line. They re gong to check out an on line campus service. And then they're going to explore you before they ever physically darken your doorstep. That makes the 20 minute rule, more obsolete.
