Legal and accounting fees for a new start up can be as low as five thousand dollars to do, not so significant. But none the less, it is that fee and the time it takes to prepare. So you have about fifteen thousand, let's say, an auditing and legal fees. Takes a month or two, i think, to probably clean all this up.
