I think the biggest thing is with all your partnerships, definitely being able to communicate your strengths and weaknesses when you need a hand you gotta be able to say it. You want to find people that have those values as well full transparency and more so values that align with your values and more together and skills that complement each other right? I know Sam decently wealth just through our conversations and she seems like almost a polar opposite of you in some ways how she's composed and she doesn't talk the talk just like we do. She's been my rock in a lot of ways I think she'd say that too about me but for what we've accomplished she's a really good integrator
