Are We Going to Pay You for the Land That We Take?

The idea that there are direct injuries out there. Did we run out of individuals who have been directly, measurably materially impacted by evil policies? The civil asset forfeiture is a category where you could just take people's money without charging them with a crime because you don't like them driving around in a Cadillac or carrying $10,000 of cash in an airport. You just take it and they can at least until one day, hopefully in the not too distant future, when the Supreme Court says, what the fuck? We allowed this to happen.
