Getting Value Out of a Product?
We're trying to constantly uplevel the way we think about adoption. The current effort has to do with a looking not just at the feature adoption, but t the adoption of the entire job. So if you bought sales for to sell better, i actuall selling better? Are you converting more deals? Are you closing larger deals? are you doing it faster with fewer salespeople, et cetera. But again, those things are very hard to measure,. partly because that's proprietary customer datad we don't see them.
