How to Be a Successful Scheduler

When he first started off as an entrepreneur, Dan was on his own for almost 10 years. He would double book things and forget to schedule something or there just wasn't sufficient time periods between one meeting and another. It caused a lot of guilt about being sloppy where someone else was expecting me to do something  and I didn't really properly put it in my schedule.
