Ivy and I are big on rice. We like it for like close to our event because it's also pretty benign. It's kind of just basic stuff. Oatmeal works well too. You can like throw some brown sugar on there. Some maple syrup, but those things are really sweet. So if you can find some savory things to do kind of mix and match. That can be nice. One runner liked to do high end sushi. But with plenty of carbs in there was he really enjoyed that and worked well for his marathons.
