How to Unionize Your Workplace
On average, trans people make $0.70 for every dollar that their cis peers make and for trans women, it's $0.60. A lot of states are trying to ban access to trans health care but a lot of people just don't have access totrans health care to begin with. And then I think trans people have the skills for union organizing. We already talk to each other a lot and generally understand if we have similar politics. Building a union is like community building.
