Is Delegation a Good Idea?

I think there's a lot of behind the scenes that goes on with like running something like this. Like I had to do a whole web flow page and like get the community portal set up. And so yeah, I want to be in a position where I can just focus on creating the content delivering the value being there for the community. That is to give me space to show up as my whole self to the community come and run these events.
