The Effects of Exercise on Insulin Sensitivity

Just one belt of exercise will increase your insulin sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours or so. And then, you know, chronic exercises even better as well. So the amazing thing is that we tend to say to people it'd be great if you exercise every day but a few days a week would be perfect. We're actually keeping it sensitive the whole time. It's like many disorders you want to catch it soon and act and begin an exercise program sooner than later.
