The Bimodal Philosophy

A lot of bands do this too, don't they? I mean, a bimodal, deep work schedule kind of seems like the default schedule of most good bands. Youed like a good long stretch of time to not have beer bottles throuh at you in, like, a wooden cabin or something. In fact, i think a a band i'd really like ten years. So that is an option. The next one is called the rhythmic work schedule and it's basically every single day when you have a set amount of time where you work deeply but then shollly for the rest of the day. And he would use what he calls the chain method
