In every keynote that we give and in any room that we're in, we always ask these two questions. What do people think of when they hear the word salesperson? And it doesn't matter if we're asking salespeople this question, non-salespeople. The answers are always the same. It's always the smarmy, pushy, used car. But then we start to hear all of these amazing names that are not actually salespeople. They were using their own authentic traits to their own advantage. We live in that incongruence.
