The Ukrainian Soldiers Are Not a Sniper Rifle. They're Not Area Weapons.

I think it would be very, very difficult to suggest that this was a deliberate act of, of murder. We don't know if they have any weapons and we don't know what their status is. And in those first few moments after capture, it is, it is fraught with difficulty. I mean, maybe this guy was part of the unit. It probably was. Other people trying to explain this from a possible Ukrainian perspective might have all been a plot in this last week or so. But who knows? It's an extremely risky maneuver.
