I Don't Want It to Go Against Me if You Write It in Your Medical Notes

I got diagnosed, and then the doctor who diagnosed me, the psychiatrisida diagnosed me. She said we're not going to write this in your medical notes, because if you write it inyour medical notes, it will go against you. And so i was really confused, and therefor that's why i didn't tell anybody. But now everything's completely different, because i do talk about a lot. I think it's through the blog that i could practise those convers tions than i could practise ar talking about things with my friends. People in my life just get more comfortable talking about what they are dealing with.
